Morgan MCCaffrey

Therapy Intern

Morgan MCCaffrey

Hi! I believe therapy works best when it's built on trust and collaboration. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported as you navigate life's challenges. As a communication nerd, I'm drawn to how we tell our stories, connect with others, and make sense of our emotions. Everyone brings their own set of experiences, perspectives, and challenges, which is why flexibility is so important in how we work together. I'm fascinated by how our brain and body respond to stress, connection, and safety (even in small moments) and paying attention to those cues can help us better understand our needs and how to care for ourselves. I enjoy working with both adults and adolescents, and am passionate about supporting people through life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and burnout. I feel particularly connected to individuals who may feel hesitant about starting therapy, whether it's your first time or you have struggled to find the right fit in the past. Currently, I'm completing my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler University and working as a counseling intern under supervision. I value authenticity and humor (when it fits) and bring those into the room so therapy feels human, not clinical. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey.
