Megan Gray-Gordon
LCSW
I am a mindfulness trained, trauma-informed, integrative therapist. I work with adults, both individuals and couples, and specialize in treating clients living with depression and anxiety and dealing with trauma and recovery, grief and loss and issues related to health, relationship stressors and life transitions.
I earned my Masters in Social Work from The University of Chicago and have more than 18 years experience working with adults in settings including hospital, community health/primary care and private practice. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Ceritfied Mental Health and Nutriton Clinical Specialist, I practice an integrated approach to wellness. I believe in treating the whole person and use mindfulness, metaphor and humor in my practice. I offer clients a collaborative space for healing and practice evidence-based approaches including ACT, MiCBT and Gottman Couples Therapy. I believe in growth and possibility and look forward to working together with you towards the change you want to see in your daily life.
