I am especially passionate about working with women, adolescents, children, parents, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My approach is holistic, drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques.
For children, I incorporate play therapy and work closely with parents to develop strategies for managing challenging behaviors, life transitions, and emotional regulation at home. For adults, I focus on helping you navigate life’s complexities, uncover your strengths, and reconnect with your true, authentic self.
