I believe therapy is a collaborative journey. Together, we identify what isn’t working in your life and explore ways to create meaningful change—whether that means advocating for yourself, developing healthier coping strategies, deepening self-understanding, or using other tools and approaches.
I work with clients of all ages and have a particular passion for supporting those navigating ADHD symptoms, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, body image concerns, and life transitions. In my clinical work, I often draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), incorporating mindfulness, self-compassion, values exploration, and techniques to help you unhook from unhelpful thoughts. My goal is to help you accept your inner experiences while also empowering you to take action toward a life that feels fulfilling and authentic.
Before becoming a counselor, I worked in television production, but eventually felt called to do more meaningful work. I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Chicago.
Having lived in Europe and Asia, I bring a multicultural perspective to my work and approach each client as a unique individual, tailoring sessions to meet your needs. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to creating a safe, inclusive space for all.
