We all carry stories — about who we are, what we’ve experienced, and how we make sense of the world. In therapy, I offer a space where those stories can be explored without judgment, where new insights can emerge, and where healing feels possible.
I use three primary modalities in my clinical work: Person-Centered, Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Why do I use these? Because they are, first and foremost, empirically supported strategies that help clients make the best of their therapy experience. Second, they align with my belief that every client has the capacity to author their story and make change. These strategies allow me to look at individuals and couples holistically and see how their environments and family of origin may affect their current life stressors.
Through my clinical training, I’ve seen a wide array of clients. At Mosaic, I primarily focus on couples (I have completed advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples), Emerging Adults, Parents, and teens. I also support individuals looking to navigate religious-related concerns or trauma.
