Jack Groskopf

Jack Groskopf, MA, LPC, is a licensed professional therapist assisting children, adolescents, young adults, and adults in the Glen Ellyn and Elmhurst area. I hold a strong belief that every client of any age and background can feel heard when accessing therapeutic support. My clinical focus centers around CBT Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Person-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, and EFT (Emotionally-Focused Therapy) approaches. The combination of these modalities provides my clients with not only a comfortable space to process, and confront, challenging emotions, but also the freedom to change behaviors. I believe that the collaboration between client and therapist is essential towards providing effective care and assisting the client when working toward therapy goals.
