Are you navigating a life transition, relationship change, or mental health challenge and looking for compassionate support?
Do you want a therapist who can help you understand the deeper patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back—and guide you in building practical tools for change? Are you seeking a warm, affirming, and inclusive space where your identity and experiences are understood and respected?
As an individual, couple, and family therapist, I provide support to individuals, couples, teens, and families experiencing life transitions, changing relationship structure, relational difficulties, and mental health challenges. My style of therapy focuses on understanding the patterns, core beliefs, themes, and cycles that serve as barriers getting in the way of the life you want. My approach is curious, creative, and balances reflecting on the past for greater insight with an action-oriented approach that develops practical skills and tools to use outside of session. I am most passionate about working with women, LGBTQ, couples, neurodivergent, and creative types.
I build the therapist-client relationship by using warmth, humor, and a nonjudgemental attitude to create a safe space where you feel comfortable enough to share your inner-world. I believe that every individual is just one part of a much larger context—including families, friendships, gender, sexual orientation, race / ethnicity, community, culture, religion, and class. I use this context in every step of the therapy process to understand how these different pieces influence your life and personal story. I am a neurodivergent, queer, kink, poly, and sex-work affirming therapist. I am trauma-informed and sex-positive.
Reaching out for help can be a difficult first step, which is why I’m happy to offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to prospective clients. This is a great opportunity for us to determine if we are a good fit for each other. I look forward to getting to know you!
