ALMFT
Hello, I'm grateful you are here. My name is Caitlin and I’m a therapist at Mosaic. I believe deeply in creating a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your story, process your emotions, reflect, and grow to know more about yourself. I work collaboratively with my clients – we're a team. Through a person-centered approach I focus on your unique needs, intentions, and goals for therapy.
I work with individuals to help them to learn more about themselves, identify and express their emotions, and find the path towards positive change and stronger relationships – first with themselves and others. I specialize in working with adolescents (16+), emerging adults, adults, and couples.
I address areas such as anxiety, life transitions, identity work, depression, trauma, women’s issues, eating disorders, body image, and self-esteem.
My work extends to those who are seeking to reduce anxiety, build self-esteem, and understand how their story, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected.
Believing in the power of connection and creativity, I integrate techniques such as art- and play based interventions, improv, games, music, and strengths finder to bring a unique and engaging element to the therapeutic experience.
When I’m not working I enjoying spending time with my husband Mike and our miniature poodle Chad!
I hold both an undergraduate and graduate degrees from Wheaton College in Wheaton, IL.
