Hi, I’m Carey Carlock, a therapist, mom of three, and founder of Mosaic Counseling and Wellness.

After 25+ years working in behavioral health, including as a hospital CEO, I kept running into the same issue: people, friends, parents, even professionals, struggling to find quality mental health care. And when I needed support for my own family and found myself facing waitlists, silence, and barriers, I realized something had to change. That’s why I started Mosaic. Because no one should feel alone in finding help. Mosaic is built on the belief that compassionate, coordinated care should be accessible and supportive from the first phone call. We combine psychiatry and therapy under one roof, offer insurance-friendly, high-quality services, and treat every person like a whole person. We may not be the right fit for everyone, but we will always return your call, help guide your next step, and offer the kind of care I wish I had found more easily for my own family.
